Shop Local

Local businesses deserve more than a post. They deserve content that builds connection, and keeps people coming back. I'm here to help tell those stories.

“The businesses that make a community feel like home deserve to be seen.”

 — DAN REARDON, DCR MEDIA

I love seeing local businesses succeed. I have a special place in my heart for creative and entrepreneurial people who are making a living doing what they love — artists, musicians, retailers, restaurant owners, instructors. Your story is worth telling well.

With 25 years of experience producing content for brands like Disney, ESPN, and Canon, I bring that same level of craft and strategic thinking to local businesses right here on Long Island. The difference? You don't get a junior account rep. You get me, hands-on, every step of the way.

Let's talk about your business and build something together.

“The answer is not to post more. It is to post with purpose.”

— COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Proud Member of the
Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce

As an active member and volunteer with the Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce, I'm not just a vendor serving local businesses, I'm a neighbor invested in this community's growth. I show up to events, I'm building relationships, and I genuinely care about what happens here.

The Chamber is how I stay connected to the pulse of local commerce and keep getting introduced to businesses I might never have crossed paths with otherwise. When I work with a Farmingdale business, it's not a transaction, it's an opportunity to use 25 years of craft to tell a story that deserves to be told. I genuinely believe that when local businesses thrive, the community thrives.

If you're a fellow Chamber member, let's find time to sit down. I'd love to learn about your business, no pitch, no pressure, just a creative audit of where you are now and an exchange of ideas.

Creating Content With Purpose

Less Noise. More Impact.

A piece written by Dan Reardon and published in the Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce newsletter, a practical guide for local businesses on showing up consistently, creating content with intention, and building relationships that last beyond the sale.

SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES

— 2025 SEASON

Small Business Season

The Chamber set out to expand Small Business Season from a single day into something bigger, a community-wide commitment to shopping local throughout the holidays. That's exactly the right instinct.

The opportunity goes even further. Your customers are forming opinions about your business every single day of the year, not just in November and December. A steady, consistent stream of content keeps you visible, builds trust before anyone walks through your door, and ensures that when the season arrives, your audience is already there.

Small Business Season shouldn't end. It should be the foundation you build on all year long, so when the moment comes, your customers already know you, trust you, and are ready to show up for you.

PURPOSE DRIVEN WORK

Fighting Against Myeloma

In January 2024, Alexa Rolleri's father Ron, her best friend and greatest role model, was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and Plasma Cell Leukemia. What followed was a battle that was not only physical, but financial and emotional. Alexa turned that pain into purpose, founding FAM to provide financial relief, community support, and awareness for families facing the same storm.

I serve as Director of Media and Brand Production for FAM. The video above is the organization's origin story, produced to introduce the world to who FAM is, why it exists, and why it matters. This is exactly what "Creating Content With Purpose" means to me.

Multiple myeloma is a rare and often misunderstood cancer. Greater awareness leads to earlier detection, more research funding, and stronger support for the families who need it most. Please watch, share, and consider supporting FAM's mission.
